Refund and Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products may be returned if they are new or lightly used, complete with all included parts and accessories, and packed safely for return shipping.
Before returning or exchanging any item, contact us at contact@blockminifigs.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Method and Fees
Returns are accepted by mail. After your return request is approved, we will provide a free return label for eligible returns.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges, upgraded delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
